3. Return Window
You may initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
4. How to Return
Step 1: Contact support at returns@awal-shop.com with:

Reason for return
Step 2: We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Step 3: Ship the item back using your preferred carrier. Keep tracking info.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged.

We recommend tracked shipping for all returns.
6. Refunds
Once received and inspected:
