1. Overview

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy explains how to return products and how refunds are issued.


2. Eligibility

Eligible Items:

  • Standard products in original condition

  • Unwashed, unworn, and unused

  • With original packaging and tags

Ineligible Items:

  • Personalized or custom-printed items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items


3. Return Window

You may initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date.


4. How to Return

Step 1: Contact support at returns@awal-shop.com with:

  • Order number

  • Items to return

  • Reason for return

Step 2: We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

Step 3: Ship the item back using your preferred carrier. Keep tracking info.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged.

  • We recommend tracked shipping for all returns.


6. Refunds

Once received and inspected:

  • Approved Returns: Refund issued to original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Partial Refunds: If item is not in original condition


7. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives defective, wrong, or damaged:
